BankNordik is a strong and profitable banking and insurance group in the Nordic region, founded in 1906 in the Faroe Islands.

Today, the Group provides financial services to 180,000 individual, commercial and corporate customers, activities encompassing

·         banking, pension and insurance in the Faroe Islands,

·         banking and pension in Denmark and Greenland, and

·         insurance in Iceland.

Besides the overarching BankNordik brand the Group operates insurance activities under the brands Trygd (Faroe Islands) and Vörður (Iceland) as well as Faroese real estate brokerage under the brand of Skyn.
